About Jennifer

As a Corporate Social Worker with a background in Human Resources, Internal Communications, and Information Technology, Jennifer designs and deploys large projects through a human-centered approach. She is especially passionate about digital renovations to evolve collaboration and engagement strategies while focusing on the outcome of improved culture. Jennifer is able to see the big picture, solve, and simplify problems, then help others adopt the vision.

As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner with expertise in human behavior, employee experience, social learning, and digital engagement and a natural ability to problem solve, Jennifer thrives on improving efficiency and clarity. From four employees to thousands, her experience varies with small and large organizations.

Jennifer works for a large healthcare organization as a Senior IT Consultant and Change Strategist on the Collaboration Services Engagement & Analytics team, where she consults on improving the workplace digital experience.

At a former employer, Jennifer designed and implemented an award-winning social communications strategy that evolved executive communications to be more engaging and social, doubled the percentage of active users, and increased membership size by more than 500%.

Before her corporate work, she spent time in the nonprofit world as a program director, case manager, and therapist, specializing in teenage pregnancy, addiction therapy, and violence against women.

Jennifer cofounded the Corporate Social Work Collective, an organization dedicated to advancing the field of Corporate Social Work by building community, education, and advocacy.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master’s in Social Welfare with a concentration in Macro Social Work and Leadership.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, collecting houseplants, and finding good restaurants and bakeries. Jennifer is a fan of CliftonStrengths Assessment Tool. Jennifer lives just outside Albany, New York, with her husband, Zubair, and two children, Zoe and Greyson.
